Junior Wells' Chicago Blues Band - Snatch It Back and Hold It (Retro 036)

Video: http://youtu.be/OSscKLEvlMg

Opening track from a classic album, which was Junior Wells's debut. What a bassline. I could listen to this all day long (I just might).

Trivia: Chicago blues legend Buddy Guy featured on the album as "Friendly Chap", a pseudonym chosen because Delmark Records thought Guy was under contract to Chess Records.

Quote: "Listen to the lyrics - we're singing about everyday life: rich people trying to keep money, poor people tying to get it, and everyone having trouble with their husband or wife!" - Buddy Guy
